I don’t know what the deal is with the inmates on the outside. They do seem to get a lot better at the inside, but there are still a lot of them.

There seems to be a lot of inmates on the outside, but they tend to go along with the rules and do what they’re told.

One of the things I think is different about prisons is that you can get pretty far inside a prison without any really serious problems because the people on the outside are just there to look, and they do. I don’t know what the deal is there, but I know that’s the point.

I think the problem is that inmates tend to be pretty nice. Sure, some of them tend to be a little too nice (like the guy who murdered the guard that locked him up) but there are also a lot of assholes who just don’t know any better. As a result, they tend to do pretty much what they’re told, which is kind of a problem.

This has been my experience though. As a prison warden, I know my job is to make sure that my prisoners are not doing anything wrong. I know I can and do put them in restraints and that I can put them up for suicide if I feel they are at risk of doing something that could get them into trouble. I also know that when I am not there to guard the prisoners, they do whatever they want.

I agree that it can be a problem to know when you are not the boss of someone else’s life. Prison is a scary place, and the prison staff there can be some of the most unpleasant people you can imagine. But what I would like to see from a prison guard is that they are aware that they are there to help, that they are there to do what they are told, and that they are not there to be friends with the prisoners.

It seems odd that a prison warder would be aware of the prisoners’ motives, but this is just how it goes. When you are in prison, you are there to do your job. If you are not the one in charge, you are the one who is to be watched.

What I would like to see is the prison guard to be aware that he is there to help, that he is there to do what he is told, and that he is not there so that he can be friends with the prisoners.

I’m not sure that the point is for the prison guard to be friend/foe with the prisoners. Maybe if he were the leader of the unit that the prisoners would follow him, if he were aware that his job is to watch the prisoners, maybe he would be more willing to help.

I think prison is too cruel to the prisoners. I think the prisons are too harsh because they are too aware of the prisoners’ plight. The prisoners who are locked up are the ones who will not only go to the prison to keep themselves safe, but also to escape the brutalities that often accompany the prison’s existence.
