Mindful thoughts are those that are fully conscious and in your own control. Mindful thoughts are usually the thoughts that occur naturally, without you having to think about them.

It’s like when you’re a child and someone points out that you have a spider in your pants. You look in the pants pocket and find that you have a spider. Its like when youre in the midst of the moment. Not when youre thinking about the future or something like that. You have a thought, but it’s not the thought that you are aware.
Mindful thoughts are those that are focused on the future or on something like that. They are those that are self-focused. And they are those that are focused on the present and the moment. Its like when youre in the midst of the moment. Not when youre thinking about the future or something like that. You have a thought, but its not the thought that you are aware of.
As it turns out, the only time you can concentrate on the future is during a “time-loop.” The game is set up to keep you playing around with the cycle, so you can’t really think about or focus on the future for long.
So you have the choice to let yourself be distracted by the past and future, or to self-focus. The game is set up so that you have a choice, but you have to play with the cycle. You can’t do both. One may lead to the other. Its like when youre in the midst of the moment. Not when youre thinking about the future or something like that. You have a thought, but its not the thought that you are aware of.
I think that one of the ways that mindsets can get in the way of our ability to control our lives is when we’re not really paying attention to the present. We don’t see ourselves as separate from the events and circumstances of our lives. We think of ourselves as separate from the rest of the world, but we are actually part of that world. So when we’re in the moment we don’t really hear or understand ourselves.
