The American College of Criminal Justice (ACJ) is “an organization of criminal justice professionals dedicated to protecting and promoting the public’s safety, rights, and freedoms” (ACJ website). Although the mission of the college is to “ensure the integrity of the criminal justice system”, the real mission is to “protect and promote the rights and freedoms that belong to all people”.
The website itself is a bit of a surprise, since I had never heard that there was a criminal justice college. I’d always assumed the college was a police department.
While the website does not specifically refer to the organization as a college, it does refer to it as a criminal justice college.
The ACJ website is run by the American Civil Liberties Union or ACLU, which is a legal defense organization. The ACLU is basically the ACLU of the US. The ACLU has a very clear and narrow mission: to protect the civil rights of all people, and anyone who wants to get involved in it has to be a lawyer. The website is a great example of this because it is clear from the outside that it is for the ACLU.
The website’s mission statement is on the website, but it’s really not too much of a different statement. As a lawyer, I can tell you that the ACLU often works against the rights of law abiding citizens. For example, they can have people arrested for merely carrying a gun in public, even though the gun is legal. If you have a constitutional right, you have to show it, and the ACLU will fight you.

I’ve heard several examples of the ACLU fighting against constitutional rights. For example, they went after the right to carry a weapon in public for the same reason. That’s right, they went after the right to carry a gun in public because it’s “a right to be armed in public.
Although I haven’t played the game, I heard of a college student who was arrested for carrying a gun in the school. The cops said they confiscated his gun and he was charged with carrying a concealed weapon. The student was given a choice of either paying the $150 fine or having the gun confiscated. If you’re in college, you are probably not going to have a lot of money, so I would imagine you would be pretty pissed.
I was wondering if the game would have changed things if you were carrying guns. I don’t know, you never know.
