Starting salary is a number that gets thrown around in a lot of conversations that are about to take place between spouses. This is because there is a misconception about what a salary is. In fact, starting salary is not the same as the salary for a position, and when you are a contractor or subcontractor that is what you get paid.

I’m sure that I read something about the salary of a plumber that was higher than the average employee’s salary. I’m sure that I read something about the salary of a graphic artist that was higher than the average employee’s salary. I’m sure that I read something about a carpenter that was higher than the average employee’s salary.
I think it’s safe to say that most of the time there’s no right answer to what a salary should be, as the compensation for each position fluctuates as work is performed and each company changes. The salary you should be getting depends on the type of work you do, how much time you spend doing that work, and whether you’re working in a cubicle or a “real” office.
I’m not sure about this one, but I know that there are companies that pay employees more than the average salary as well. As an example, I work for an agency that is the largest in the country. We pay the highest salary in our industry, and we can’t find a single employee that doesn’t think we’re the best.
You see, the problem with this whole concept of “salary” is that it is a very vague concept. It doesn’t really tell us anything about how much you make, or even how much you’re actually making. The only way to know for sure is to do a research study, and then compare the results with your salary. If you’re making $50,000 a year, then it’s time to get serious.

Once you’ve got the survey form filled out and you’ve got your work history, you can then look at your salary using the free salary calculator on the site. The worst thing to do is to try and figure out what your salary is by looking at your pay slip, which is likely to be something completely different from what youre making. If youre doing a job that gives you a lot of options, you might find that you make more than you think youre making.
